Karen (Renee) Beatty French
Founder & Facilitator
Karen (Renee) Beatty French is an educator and community connector who believes in the power of conversation, shared learning, and authentic engagement. As the founder of KRB Connect, she created a space that invites reflection, learning, and connection in ways that feel accessible and human.
With over 21 years of experience in public education, Renee has spent her career supporting students with diverse learning needs and literacy challenges. Her work in the classroom deepened her belief that learning is strongest when schools, families, and communities are connected—and that meaningful relationships and open dialogue play a critical role in growth and success.

Today, Renee brings that perspective into KRB Connect, blending her background in education with her passion for reflection, conversation, and community engagement. Through blogging, book club dialogue, and presence at community events, she creates spaces that encourage shared learning, thoughtful exchange, and connection beyond the classroom.
