The KRB Connect Book Club GroupMe is reserved for participants who plan to attend in-person book club discussions. This space is used to share meetup details, discussion prompts, reminders, and connection points related to our in-person gatherings.

GroupMe helps keep communication simple and ensures everyone attending has the information they need. Participation is always optional, but joining is encouraged if you plan to attend an in-person session.

Why this book?

We chose The Best Man: Unfinished Business because sometimes fiction says the things real life is too polite to say out loud. This story gives us love, laughter, friendship, ambition, betrayal, healing—and the complicated beauty of growing up without fully letting go of who we used to be. It’s dramatic, yes. It’s entertaining, absolutely. But beneath the glamorous vacations and sharp dialogue are very real questions about marriage, loyalty, grief, purpose, and what happens when old choices show up in our present lives. Best Man – Unfinished Business reminds us that even successful, accomplished adults are still works in progress. And honestly? That feels like a conversation worth having.
